The spread IS the uncertainty: small where data is good (Japan 10.1–10.3, Singapore 11.0–11.7), wide where it's thin — Myanmar (23.6–47.6) is the least reliable. Timor-Leste is omitted (no GDP-based shadow-economy estimate is published; its ~77% figure is informal *employment*, a different metric). Treat as orders of magnitude.
